EB's Twitter Hashtag

In the near future, we hope to get involved with our customers through social media more than we already have been. To start our social media marketing journey, we will be introducing a new hashtag on twitter ( #myebstory.) This hashtag will be used by you, the customer, to tell everyone including us, about your visit to ebs. Use this to share with your followers, how your experience at EB's was right from entering our restaurant. This will be a great way to get some feedback from you awesome customers and for us to connect with you through twitter. Thank you guys for your participation ahead of time. Dont be a "chicken" tell us what your thinking

Ok so am I the only one that wishes we could change some things around when visiting places? Well, here is your chance to make a difference. Next time you visit Eb's Agawam, study your surroundings, pull out your laptop, smart phone, or tablet and visit this blog, comment bellow and tell us what you would keep, change, or improve about the restaurant, its products, or the service you received. We have free wifi available for those using laptops; if you wish to do this anonymously we have small surveys in each table you can fill out with out anyone knowing what you wrote nor who you are, just ask one of our lovely waitresses for a pen or pencil, fill out the survey and on your way out drop it off in our survey box. Also when commenting bellow you may choose to post anonymously, simply click on "comment as", and then click on "anonymous." Productive criticism is always welcomed as your insight will help us become a better restaurant, and thus helping us make you a happier, satisfied customer. Cant Handle The Heat

How many of you macho men out there think you can handle the heat? Eb's Restaurants unfortunately does not have any challenges like the one we see on this video. However, with your help, you and I can get Eb's to give it a thought, so we can show off our wing eating skills! Supporting Local Organizations

"Give back Mondays" at Eb's Restaurant are a way for everyone to contribute in supporting a local organization. Each Monday, a different organization is given 10% of food sales made that day. If you are a part of any local organization and wish to be part of their give back Mondays, give Eb's a call at (413) 789-3525 to book a date. Those looking to support, stop on by Eb's, located 385 walnut street ext. Agawam,Ma and grab a bite to eat. Your contribution will be used to support a good cause.

Welcome to my new blog specifically targeted to fans of Eb's restaurant located in Agawam MA. My name is Jesus P. I currently attend American International College majoring in business management. My goal for this blog is mainly to get other people's opinions on the restaurant in order to help it grow by zeroing in on its flaws and by acknowledging their strongpoints.
